The process

After that unzip the file and put the password
To see the password go file property and click the comment copy the password
Step 2: increase video memory
On the file you find tweaks go to the and click the 2nd file click ok then simply shut down
Then check your video memory portable quad triple
Steps 3: unpark CPU there you see unpark file click the file and click CPU UNPARK let it load 5 to 6 minutes
Step 4 is the last: on file, select sitting file press open and copy the code "just leave the last 3 lines" and go to your GTA 5 folder then find sitting paste codes make sure not to remove the last 3 lines save it
Completed step now start the game see the results now get 60fps for sure.
If there is any lag set the frame scaling to x0.500tot fixes lag
